MOVING EXPENSES/CHARGES

Note: The resident will be reimbursed for all eligible and reasonable moving expenses submitted to the GHA within 30 days of receipt of reimbursement request.

MOVE-OUT CHARGES TO RESIDENT
A resident will be charged for all damages in accordance with the current Schedule of Charges established by the GHA.

MOVING FIRM
GHA will pay the moving company for packing and transporting all the resident's personal belongings from one unit to another.

CABLE -TIME WARNER CABLE

At the present time, Time Warner Cable does not charge a transfer fee. They may require resident to pay one month's service in advance.

TELEPHONE
Transfer Fee for the transfer of telephone service is in accordance with the current fees of the local provider.

ELECTRICITY

Transfer fee for transfer of electricity is in accordance with the current fees of the local provider.

MOVING DAMAGES
All damage claims shall be submitted to the Relocation Administrative Assistant for submission to the Moving Company (see Relocation Agreement). No claims will be allowed once transfer is complete and resident has signed liability release with the Moving Company.

GHA will install existing window ale unit(s) and ceiling fans at no charge to resident.
