Winter Warm-up Coat Survey

We are excited to provide winter coats for our youth residents in need! Parents, please complete this short survey to help us prepare.

Eligibility: HACG Youth Resident ages 5-17.

Deadline to Register: December 13, 2024, by 5 PM.

REMINDER: Residents will receive a coat voucher and be notified once coats are available for pick-up. Coat vouchers must be presented during the pick-up event to receive your coat(s).
