Beds for Youth Voucher Survey

We are excited to announce that we have youth beds available to eligible residents on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please complete this survey by the deadline if you are interested in receiving one of the youth beds.

Eligibility: HACG Youth Resident ages 5-17.

(Youth resident must be listed on the lease.)

Deadline to Submit Survey: December 16, 2024, by 5 PM.
